no iso options

I have just installed 8.4.0 right now the major problem is this

I open the data center then the pve I click on local but I do not get the option to upload an iso.

the only options are summary, Backups, ct templates, and Permissions no upload an iso.

what do i need to do to get this option?

The release notes for 8.4 state: Allow uploading and downloading disk images to storages with content type "Import", in preparation for importing disk images to VMs in the future

Did you mark your storage with "import" content?

I realise that but I could never get 9 to boot properly and just got grub repair so I went with 8.4 planning to upgrade to 9 then install everything. when I do an update I get a bunch of errors about server access not allowed. made changes to several files but still nothing so I gave up trying to do the upgrade.

so you have a chance, that your unknown Hardware is Broken, need a bios update or your SSD are end of live?
