Solved it with this configuration:

    ens18:
     dhcp4: no
     addresses: [IP_OF_SUBNET/32]
     gateway4: GATEWAY
     nameservers:
       addresses: [8.8.8.8]
     routes:
       - to: GATEWAY/32

Where did u put that in? in wich file? and where?

because i have the same problems, that my VMs have no internet access...
