I've updated to the latest pve-test repository not too long ago because it was suggest by tom (I believe) that it will include a newer set of drivers for the E1000E network cards (which i'm not even using in my system at all) and it causes this following issue (similar and still)

I'm running Version: 2.2-21/8f343d5a

upgrade to latest kernel and try again (2.6.32-16 from pvetest)

I am already running the latest kernel off of pvetest - and confirmed it's running on 2.6.32-16
