Hello, everyone!
I am having trouble getting my NIC drivers compiled and installed with proxmox.
As you can see below, the card I'm trying to get working is a:
82571EB PRO/1000 AT Quad Port Bypass Adapter
I have followed the directions at the following two links with no luck:

The driver seems to compile and install correctly.
But after running "modprobe e1000e" and rerunning "lshw -C network" it still shows the card as "UNCLAIMED"
What am I doing wrong?
