it's a font library from the base Debian system (you can get more information with apt show libfreetype6)

Can you explain packet libldap and libldap-common on promox mail gateway?

you can see from the 'origin' listed in the GUI (or from the repository line in apt show PACKAGE) whether a specific package is provided by Proxmox or by Debian..
