New Cluster Node not passing DHCP/IP Info to VMs from Gateway

I replaced a node in my cluster with a new system and after getting the system up and running as well as a part of the cluster, I migrated two systems to the new node and now those VMs can no longer get vlan/IP configuration from the gateway. This was not an issue with the previous node that this node is replacing.

So I am not quite sure what I am missing. I am sure it is a simple thing that I am overlooking (a forest through the trees scenario). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
