Nested Virtualization - VMware Workstation

Hello
I'm trying to set up my home lab running PVE6.3 in a vmware workstation16. I follow the guide to enable nested virtualization but I cannot find the /sys/module/kvm_intel. It does not existe in my installation.

I've already tried to create a kvm.conf file in cat /etc/modprobe.d/kvm.conf with the parameters "options kvm_intel nested=1" with no luck;

Any idea how to make it works?
 
seems your vmware cannot provide nesting.

check your setting again. which physical CPU do you run (e.g. older CPUs cannot do it).

best practice: install Proxmox VE on bare metal.
