I created a Proxmox server on an old computer and have a couple things running on it; Truenas, Plex, and now an Ubuntu 20.04 VM.

I installed PostgreSQL on the Ubuntu VM and want to access the database from another machine on my local home network. How do I do that? I am pretty new to networking and Proxmox.I have PostgreSQL installed and running on the Ubuntu VM.

Specs:
CPU(s)

8 x Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (1 Socket)
Kernel Version

Linux 5.13.19-2-pve #1 SMP PVE 5.13.19-4 (Mon, 29 Nov 2021 12:10:09 +0100)
PVE Manager Version

pve-manager/7.1-7/df5740ad

If you have not created any additional bonds and network specifics, it should just work and does not require any additional configuration in PVE.
