Need help to install windows over proxmox

I know this is weird request and not the right thread. But please I tried rufus and many other instances and I cannot install windows or ubuntu over my proxmox server. Im out of proxmox since it is difficult for me and I just want a normal windows server 2016. I dont find any tips on how to do it and in startup settings I cannot really change anything. Please help me here im new to this :/

If nothing helps just wipe your disk (for example with gparted) so you get a disk with nothing on it.
