[SOLVED] Need help to configure internal network for 3 proxmox servers, KVM machines and 1 switch

Greetings to all!

I have:

• 3 servers on Hetzner with Proxmox Virtual Environment 5.1-46. https://www.hetzner.com/dedicated-rootserver/px61-ssd
• 1 not managed switch with 5 Gbit ports

All servers have 2 Network Interfaces:

• 1st - is configured for using static real ip and there is sub net with 6 real ip that are routed on it.
• 2nd - I need to configure for static and I want to combine all 3 servers in one internal network. Servers must be visible by ssh, ping, etc.

+ I want to use internal network by VM's and Hypervisors but googling didn't get understanding to me how it must be configured.

All 2nd ethernet ports are connected by not managed switch with 5 Gbit ports.

Can anyone explain me ho to configure second network interface?
