Need help on reinstalling web ui

Hello I broke the webui very badly trying to install a classic theme from this website https://lunar.computer/posts/themes-proxmox/ and I need help fixing the web ui because now it looks like this.. please help I need this fixed.

you can try apt install --reinstall pve-manager proxmox-widget-toolkit libjs-extjs to reinstall the UI packages.

I get this error when running that command

Please see here. If you don't have a subscription, you need to disable the enterprise repository and enable the no-subscription repository. This can also be done in the GUI when you select your node and the Repositories window.
