Need advice on new setup with Raid

So I have a Dell Server on Raid 6. Except when I was installing proxmox I now have a change to change how my root filesystem will be. Example I can choose RAID0, RAID1,RAID10, RAIDZ-1,RAIDZ-2,RAIDZ-3, xfs, ext3, ext4.
Now my question is which one should I pick ? and should I keep my dell on raid 6 when choosing or should I do something different ?

Hi,

as you have a Raid card you can skip ZFS.
ZFS and Ceph is not compatible with Raid cards.

You can use ext4 or xfs. It is a question of personal taste.
