Mouse pointer does not synch

In my RHEL5.4 implementation I have two mouse pointers.

Is they are way to get the two to line up correctly?

Ok I found a prior post for Centos 5 - I am trying that

this is an issue in older linux systems (e.g. ubuntu, fedora this works out of the box).

I am now centos/redhat expert, but I am sure you will find the solution - pls post it here if you got it.
