Hey Guys n Lads,

Like the Topic sais, I'd like to know how I would get out the most performance when I disable the KVM hardware virtualization on a VM. I normally only work with containers, but I would like to install https://www.observium.org/ on my machine an that seems to be impossible without a VM or installing it on the Host machine, sadly I already configured a working environmet with nginx-reverse proxy and Oversium needs apache2 to be installed .... also I would love to gett the clutter out of my hostmachine, since it's an exposed host.

here I have the output of my cat /proc/cpuinfo: https://bin.tinfoil-hat.net/?d5777e5c60fcc327#5QpJhrH7kD3PqCFYcF93akDknu3Y8YYC5kk9chBgjQWy

I know it's not an ideal setup, but since I use it entirely for private usage, I have to concernes on stressing the machine and get some I/O delays here and there ...

I am really in love with Obversium Monitoring so it would be great if you could help me

Hi,

why do not use a Container for it instead of KVM VM?

do you think, it's possible to put Obversium Monitoring inside a container ... I'm such an dumbass and just should have tried, sorry! I'll report back, if it works.
