Migrating a 3 cluster node to a new subnet

Greetings!

I am still fairly new to Proxmox, and I have found myself in a similar position with regards to this post here. Do I need to recreate the cluster if I want to migrate it to a new subnet? Since Changing the hostname and IP is not possible after cluster creation.
