Hello

Tell me, please, is it possible to configure the reception of messages in such a way that spam is not sent to quarantine, but is delivered to the recipient's mailbox with a specific header?
 
just replace the Quarantine action in the rule which triggers the sending to quarantine with the 'Add Spam Subject' action.

The rule which triggers the sending to quarantine is written in the log for the message delivery... - you can see it in the Tracking Center also
