Memory Overcommit

Hello there,
I have two questions. When VM is starting, is there some way to allocate full memory which is assigned to VM on node? If not, is there any option to disable memory overcommitment?
I'd be very grateful for any response. Thank you!

no there is not such features in Proxmox VE.

Ive figured it out by setting /proc/sys/vm/overcommit_memory to 2 and
/proc/sys/vm/overcommit_ratio
