memory hotplug problem with net vmbr

Hello, we have just successfully installed proxmox ve and I have found one problem. I am not able to start virtual instance if the vm has memory hotplug enabled, memory is set higher that 32GB and net interface is bridged (via vmbr). If I disable net bridge and I will use NAT that I can start vm. It is very strange. Hypervizor has enough memory and I have test it on several different hypervizors with the same proxmox system.

Do you have any idea where cloud be the problem? Thank you for any help.
