What data does the accounts , names , groups , emails, member of, users files hold? I want to delete them, is it a problem?
file extension is .db

the directory where he put the file is /var/lib/pmg/ldapdb/

They should contain a cache of the LDAP profile you created.
I'd say - make a backup just in case (move them somewhere else) - reboot the host and see if everything works as expected

consider upgrading to the latest stable version - PMG 6.1 has been EOL for a very long while, PMG 6.4 was the last release in the 6.X series and has also been EOL since July 2022:
