Two problems partly related.
Problem 1:
When you have a vm with a disk on lvm (not in a thin pool) the lv gets deactivated whenever you turn off the vm.
This is not such a great idea because if you also have lvmcache enabled the dirty writeback blocks will not be committed from fast to slow storage.
The process stops the moment the lv is deactivated and is only resumed when the lv gets reactivated again.
Problem 2:
Any vm disk in lvm (not thin pool) disappears from proxmox gui the moment you enable lvmcache.
Go to the relevant storage under VM Disks and it is not listed any more.
Still works just fine in side the vm but is "hidden" from the web gui.
