Issue with Enabling loadavg Virtualization: Load Average at 0 0 0

Hi all,

So, I've got Pi-hole running in a container, and, as LXC containers share the kernel with the host, I am constantly getting the following warning in the Pi-hole web interface:

Long-term load (15min avg) larger than number of processors: 1.4 > 1
This may slow down DNS resolution and can cause bottlenecks.

To stop getting this warning, I tried editing /lib/systemd/system/lxcfs.service on the host by appending -l to ExecStart=/usr/bin/lxcfs /var/lib/lxcfs as was suggested in several other posts on this forum.
However, after doing systemctl daemon-reload, service lxcfs restart and restarting the Pi-hole container, the load average of that container shows 0 0 0. I've also tried rebooting the node, but to no avail.

Could this be an issue related to the newly released Proxmox VE 7.4? Sadly, I didn't try the aforementioned before updating my hypervisor this morning. For the record, I have the pve-no-subscription repository enabled.
Also, here are my packages:
