Integration of S3 for LongTerm-Backup?

I would like to move older backups (automatically) from PBS to S3 storage. I can't find anything about this in the features. Can this be done (reliably) with PBS or an additional tool?

If so, I would appreciate a link to a tutorial or the additional tool.
