IMPI Fencing in Proxmox 4.1

Has anyone been able to configure HA node fencing using IPMI? I have ipmitools installed on all my nodes, and dedicated IPMI 2.0 interfaces on all my nodes. There are a few problems:

• Fencing configuration instructions are for PvE versions 3.0 and older (http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Fencing)
• IPMItools can only control remote BMC if remote OS is functioning correctly.
• I am not certain where or how to configure the watchdog.
• If power to the chassis fails completely HA will be useless, as the HA code will wait forever for a response from IPMI, which is dead.

Pve 4.X uses watchdog based fencing (softdog by default). That should work out of the box.

check hardware watchdog section , they are setup config for ipmi watchdog
