I recently installed proxmox on my notebook without knowing that it would make it a dedicated server and I wanted to go back to windows and deleted all partitions including the efi, but now I can't boot from the pendrive because the error "error disk not found" happens grub rescue and I came here to the forum to ask you noble fellows for help

HI, after inserting your pendrive with Windows on it, Enter the BIOS of your notebook and look for boot options and priority and select USB as the priority and reboot hopefully you would land on the windows installation page.

Well, uninstalling proxmox is somewhat proxmox related. Would be better placed in an English subforum than in the German one.

That aside, I'd use a linux boot stick and use dd to overwrite the first and last megabyte of the internal disk. That should be enough to kill all that's remaining of previous installation that might block a fresh install (killing MBR, GPT and grub). Booting a gparted boot stick and using that to zap the disk should work too.
