So I am not really a fan of using NoVNC in the browser as there are quite a few missing features in my opinion like a shared clipboard. So I looked into SPICE and found that it could work better. So I changed the display of one of my VMs to SPICE and tried downloading virt-manager on my Windows 10 computer. Sadly once the installation was complete there was not shortcut to virt-manager and in the virt-manager folder in programms there are just a bunch of files that look like they belong in a linux distro even though I specifically downloaded the Windows version of virt-manager. I now am a bit lost and don't know what to do. If I double click a .vv file it asks me which program to use and virt-manager is not one of the listed ones.
Any help would be apprechiated thanks!

The vv-file is what will tell the virt-viewer where to connect to and it will authentificate it. You only get a few seconds to open it with virt-viewer or it will get invalid. Windows should let you allow to choose an exe of your choice to open it with, if that program is not in that list. and most browsers should also allow you to directly open a vv-file with a program instead of downloading it.
