How to configure IDRAC 9 fencing in proxmox 8.2

Hello Everyone,

I am newbee to the proxmox Can anyone provide the the offical link to configure the IDRAC fencing in proxmox 8.2 . I am trying to create a two node cluster with IDRAC or IPMI as an fencing agent.
I really got stuck and not able to find out the proper document to follow .
Kindly assist here , please

There is a bit outdated article in the wiki [1]. Softdog, which is the default, should have all the necessary features for fencing in HA mode [2].

Thanks for your reply,
I have gone through it but seems the article is for the older version of proxmox where cluster is managed under /etc/default/cluster.conf ,
But the proxmox 8.2 is using /etc/corosync/corosync.conf to manage the cluster details , So can you provide the corosync fencing docs to get the parameter details?

Since there has always been strange behavior with external watchdogs (also with “fence other nodes”) in the past (after firmware upgrades, bugs...), we have no longer pursued the topic so actively. For this reason, I recommend the softdog with self fencing.

Of course we are always happy to receive howto's on interesting topics from motivated users
