How to config Thunderbird client?

Hi all, after I enable TLS option, the PMG only expose port 25 to public. How do I config Thunderbird then? Just indicate port 25 and no tls?
 
Erm… you usually connect Mailclients to appropiate MailSERVERS, not MailGATEWAYS ;-)

Sorry i should be more specific.
I am selfhosting an internal domain zone, Postfix+Dovecot+LDAP as backend mail servers and Proxmox Gateway. I want both internal and external email go through the mail gateway...

You would configure your backend mail to send mail out through the Proxmox gateway and then you would configure Thunderbird to send mail via the backend mail server.

To allow your backend mail server to send mail through your PMG you would add the backend mail server's IP address on the Mail Proxy -> Networks screen of the PMG admin interface.
