im quite new to proxmox and i have no clue what went wrong. im using version 7.1-2 see screenshots for settings im using for the vm and for the output it gave. Thank you!

in that VM's menu you will find "Options" -> "Boot Order" where you can set which device it should boot from.
what's the current boot order?
from the error it seems like it's failing to boot from the windows iso file. did you use that iso before?
