Hooks for pre/post-migration of VMs and containers?

Is it possible to have hooks when migrating VMs and containers, like there are backup hooks?

I need to change the gateway of VMs that are moving between 2 members of a cluster that have are on 2 separate networks. LANs are the same but there is a separate interface for the public Internet access.
