Hello all, this is my first post on the forum.
I have a proxmox cluster installation with ceph that is broken and need help recovering it.
After a network device stole the IP address of one of the nodes, ceph went down and never recovered.
I tried troubleshooting with a proxmox silver partner but no joy.

I don't have a subscription as I'm not sure if the proxmox subscription includes ceph support.
If it does, can I make a subscription for a problem that happened a few days ago?
Otherwise can someone give me the contact details of a ceph expert?
I already recovered from backup but it was 10 days ago and would like to recover the last 10 days as well.
I tried photorec but only got a few files.

Thanks in advance.

Hello, could you be more specific on what do you mean by "recovered from backup"?

Regarding the subscription, yes, it includes Ceph support but not the data recovery itself. You could use a new subscription to open a ticket about this issue.

Do note thought that since the issue was several days in the past, configs might have changed, logs might not show everything, etc. All of this makes it harder to solve in a satisfactory way.
