HardwareRaidController Suggestion for Proxmox 2.0 (rc1) ?

I use Proxmox 2.0 rc1 with SoftwareRaid and I am not realy happy with that, I am looking for a well supported HardwareRaidController. The Controller should work with a Fujitsu TX100 S3 (two 500GB hdd and two additionally 1TB hdd) for a small company and must not be expensive.

Maybe there is a well supported 4-Port Controller with Zero Maintenance Cache Protection (ZMCP) without the need of BBU ?

I have successfully installed the controller and ASM, I think we dont need alien anymore because there is a deb-package (storman_7.30-18837_amd64.deb) inside the tar-file (asm_linux_x64_v7_30_18837.tgz) ?

more than the Adaptec ASM I like the 3Ware 3DM2 Webfrontend.
I use the 3ware SAS / S-
ATA 9750-4I with 4 S-ATA 1 or 2 TB Server HDDs in Raid 10
