so right now I am in a situation where I installed a gpu and memory to my proxmox server, but not able to access the web gui or ssh, or use the gpu output. I am wondering is there another way to get into the proxmox? I did the gpu passthrough steps on here https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Pci_passthrough. haven't made an vm yet. I changed the enp4s0 to enp5s0 on because I couldn't access the gui when I first installed the gpu. I realized the memory was not showing up so I removed it on restart and I'm guessing it changed again, but this time I have no idea how to access proxmox. any suggestions? I have even tried putting the memory back but it didn't work and I'm out of ideas

IPMI? Serial connections?

Do you have physical access the the machine during boot? Whats the local display telling you? How far into post/boot do you see?

You have onboard video or are you passing through the only output the system has?

Adding a device (such as a GPU) often shifts all PCI devices (network interfaces, NVME, etc.) one position. This can be the cause of lost network connectivity. You'll need to manually correct this in /etc/network/interfaces. Can you login to the Proxmox host console?
Do you have any output on a display? Is there anoter GPU or integrated GP you can use to display the host boot and console? Some systems switch from integrated GPU to discreet PCIe GPU when you install one. This can often be changed in the BIOS.
Did you add any video= kernel parameters which might cause Proxmox to not show anything on the display anymore? That will make it really difficult to debug this issue.
The memory should not be a problem. If it is not detected, either it is not seated correctly, not supported by the CPU, or the DIMM or slot is broken.

I passed through the only display output heh... >.> I see nothing into the boot with it directly connected to a display from gpu. it definitely boots but I can't connect nor will the display work since it's passed through. I tried to use a different gpu and changing pcie slots but still no display. I remember the bios being set with the passed through card slot as primary but rn I don't even get into the bios screen on boot. I did not add any video= parameters, I just did the proxmox gpu pass through guide. I blacklisted all the Nvidia drivers, and I rebooted because I wanted to disconnect the ram before I went through to set up windows. those were the last steps taken. Would this work if I just re-imaged proxmox ssd with a diff pc? will all the VMs I created still work with a new installation into the same system? (VMs are on separate disks).

If you cannot get into the BIOS on any of the display outputs (of any GPU) in the system, then something is (hopefully temporarily) broken. And debugging passthrough will not get us anywhere. As I said before, adding PCI(e) devices can change the number of other devices and cause network failures.

Hello, I woke up the subject, but don't be sorry. Is there a way to fix this? In any setting. I can take images. But I don't have access to the network. I'm ping on proxmox, but it doesn't go out. I am sorry for my English.
