TLDR;

sed -i 's/.*AcceptEnv LANG LC_\*.*/AcceptEnv LANG LC_PVE_* # Fix for perl: warning: Setting locale failed./' /etc/ssh/sshd_config
service ssh reload
# exit; Reconnect

this will prevent the console from working across nodes as we rely on the LC_* variables for that
you can of course allow LC_PVE_* then that would work
