1. I have multiple proxmox cluster, is there anything in a roadmap to manage multiple cluster via UI or webUI

2. Any roadmap on load re-balancing (VM migration if load crosses threshold)

3. Support for Ceph Octopus

4. Support for Erasure coding in Ceph

5. Orchestration to adopt cloud model

yes.

not planned (but you can configure this outside pveceph tools)

5. Orchestration to adopt cloud model

Can be done using API, cloud-init, Ansible, ...
