Yes, it can see that there is a disk but it can not read it. Unfortunately I think you are having some hardware failure. Either the disk is dying or something else in your setup (like SATA cable, SATA port or motherboard).
 
OK, I'll check that. Unfortunately I don't have remote access to the console. I am afraid that the RAID is destroyed.
