Fail to clone Windows 10 VM with Input/Output error, after power loss and volume group activation

I try to clone Windows 10 VM through the web console, however it fails again and again.

However, I can clone other VMs. Please let me know what is wrong.

Environment:

- Virtual Environment 7.0-11
- Last week my proxmox host was shut down with power loss, so I have activated the volume group with `vgchange -a y`

I guess the cause is that the vm data was broken.
