Erroro migrating LXC Container, failed to open ..disable_ipv6

Hello,
i have used pve-zsync to migrate an LXC container from proxmox 4 to proxmox 5.
Now i have this error when i try to add networking card:
failed to open /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/veth701i0p/disable_ipv6 for writing: No such file or directory (500)

If i add net card on stopped vps and i try to start the container, i have generic error:

Is IPv6 aktivated on the PVE node?

Yes, now i hav changed mac address 3 time and after this seem works...
