Erro inicialização VM 100

Bom dia pessoal, minha VM não consegue mais subir, fica apresentando um alerta triângulo amarelo sobre ela e nessa tela de inicialização

Será que eu tenho que limpar o local-lvm ? se sim onde eu consigo limpar ele ?
