Hi, I have a subscription and have uploaded that to a proxmox machine I just upgraded from 2.3 to 3.1. However when I try to refresh the updates from the web screen or via apt-get, I receive 401 errors for the enterprise repository:

Code:
Err https://enterprise.proxmox.com wheezy/pve-enterprise amd64 Packages
The requested URL returned error: 401
Ign https://enterprise.proxmox.com wheezy/pve-enterprise Translation-en
W: Failed to fetch https://enterprise.proxmox.com/debian/dists/wheezy/pve-enterprise/binary-amd64/Packages The requested URL returned error: 401

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
TASK ERROR: command 'apt-get update' failed: exit code 100
I'm assuming the 401 is from the repository saying that I'm unauthorised. Is this due to my subscription key not yet being added to the repository server?

Activation can take up to one hour - please try again later.

Another solution, which I used, is to go to the subscription tab an press the 'check' button to force a recheck of the subscription key.

We've added the keys last week to our servers - today still 401s on both when trying to apt-get update...

Keys are both marked "active" at the web interface.

open a request on shop.maurer-it.com using your account - so the sales team can check your subscription keys. e.g. if the keys are unpaid the will be canceled on enterprise.proxmox.com

I just recognized the invoice status at the maurer shop is still "unpaid" - maybe the transfer germany -> austria will take a few more days.

Anyhow, i can stop searching for the problem at our servers ;)
