CPU type `host` is significantly SLOWER than `x86-64-v2-AES`

x86-64-v3, there isn't an -AES for that one

* I did not try this, but you should be able to go to Windows features and uncheck
- Microsoft Defender Application Guard
- Virtual machine Platform
- Windows Hypervisor Platform

disabling these things may impact abillity to use msstore, windows hello, microsoft accounts, AAD join, etc - bsically anything that uses a protected path.... if one doesn't use those things, great, but just know 'making windows lighter' isn't always a good thing

This is one of those threads that I feel very fortunate it was at the top of the heap when I logged in. I have not yet created a Windows VM on my PVE server but it is on the todo list.

There are 14 or so threads that are sticky there should be another one titled "Good to know PVE gotchas" with this as the first entry.
