Correcting Missed Spam

Hey Guys,

Can you please help me understand something very basic but confusing?

So in the quarantine I can check which rules were tripped and correct them if needed... But how can we go about correcting non-spam detected emails?
Is there an interface that actually allows me to view it similarly?

Also, does the PMG interface allow for creating custom SA rules? Or only to change scores for existing rules?

PMG supports custom SA rules but not through the GUI. Check the docs for more info:

Thank you, but one question remains.... Is there no way in the UI to check spam that slipped through to correct them?

Or maybe even to store a copy of all main in the quarantine not just spam mails. That way one can correct from there and possibly even resend?

without explicitly testing it - the following could work:
add a rule at the end, with 2 actions:
* BCC with target '__TARGETS__'
* Quarantine

that way all recipients should get the mail (via BCC) and it should end up in the quarantine
