Hi,
I'm migrating some old server, is it possible to copy kvm images from proxmox 1.5 to new machine at 2.0?
I'd rather like to avoid upgrading old machine..

Just create a new machine in the new proxmox2.0 and then replace the new image in /var/lib/vz/images/VMID/
with the same new name and then start the new machine on Proxmox2.

Don't forget to not use te scsi system as boot....

Change it to ide or virtio...

Sorry, I wasn't clear.
I have kvm machines runned on lvm, so my /var/lib/vz/images is empty ;)

use backup/restore (vzdump).
