Connecting proxmox to NAS issue

Hello,

I am using Proxmox VE and i connect the initiator of proxmox to the external storage , in my case the external storage is NAS as showin in the capture .

I add iSCSI storage from Proxmox VE interface ( Datacenter => Storage => add iSCSI ) .
After that, i want to format the added storage to use LVM ( LVM on top iSCSI) .
I got this error after cliquing add lvm storage :

create storage failed: device '/dev/disk/by-id/scsi-28cdf9dcac1220012' is already used by volume group '[unknown]' (500)

Any help or suggestion please ??

what is the output of:
lsblk
pvs
vgs
lvs

were these disks ever in use before?
