how i config the users so thy connect with user and password like login in Activ Directory.

hi,

First, you need to configure the LDAP connection. see Configuration/User Management/LDAP.

Second, go to Configuration/Spam detector/Quarantine - Authenticaton mode and select LDAP.

What Proxmox Version do you have?
What ADS version do you have?
Do you tried LDAP or LDAPS?
