Hi everyone,

I have a 2-nodes proxmox cluster 3.4.
I would like to set up automatic backup of VMs of the first node on the hard drive of the second node.
My problem is I don't any available storage when I go to Datacenter -> Backup -> New, and so I can't configure it..

I think I need to setup a share disk between nodes to make this possible, but not so sure...

As you can see, I'm not a Proxmox expert. Your help will be much appreciated.

Thanks !

Export the directory on your disk from the server 2 via NFS to the server 1 and add it there (use 'vzdump backup' as type) and it should work. This setup can be done vice versa and you can backup 1 to 2 and 2 to 1. You have to add two backup schedules for this.
