[SOLVED] Changed IP address - no web gui

I needed to move the Proxmox 6 server to new ip-numbers.
I got two bonds, so I ssh'd into the server changed the ip-numbers inside /etc/network/interfaces and made the changes to the /ets/hosts file. Restarted the server, new ip and all, but no webgui.

Did an nmap there is no port 8006 open?
22/tcp open ssh
25/tcp open smtp
85/tcp open mit-ml-dev
111/tcp open rpcbind
3128/tcp open squid-http

What now?
