Can't find subscription keys

Hi All,

I bought three basic subscriptions but can't find any trace of the keys. Does anyone know the best people to contact to get a reminder?

Where did you purchase your keys?

If you got them directly via https://shop.proxmox.com, you will see your keys in your account and you can get in touch with the sales team anytime by opening a request inside your shop account.

Hi,

Thanks for getting back so quickly. I bought them from a company called Novatech as finance wanted to pay in GBP.

Have found the keys, stored in the vault on my password manager. The only problem is that one was used on a server which has since been rebuilt and it won't recognise the hardware ID when I go to apply it. I've found mention of resetting it in a licence portal but as it came through a 3rd party vendor, is it the same procedure?
