Hi there,

I setup a proxmox 3 node cluster and everything is working fine, except that I cannot connect to the console (noVNC) of my VM's on node 2 and 3.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and cant find a solution for this.

Connecting to the console of containers works on every node, but connecting to VM's console works only on node 1 (hypervisor01)

I'm using brave, but also tried firefox and chrome and none of these works, so the browser might not be the problem.

I then followed the advice of a staff members post and added AcceptEnv LC_PVE_* / SendEnv LC_PVE_* to my nodes ssh and sshd config but this has not solved it.

as you can see in the browsers debugging console, I'm getting the error "Failed when connecting: Invalid server version" but I can't find something about this error.

Any ideas how to solve this?

Ok, I found out, that I can connect to the console if im accessing the nodes web gui directly. But isn't it possible to connect to the console no matter what nodes gui im on?

the error seems like some terminal escape code, did you setup any custom bashrc or something like this?

Thanks for replying,

yes, that was on point! Thank you very much.
I had some customizations in my .bashrc file, after cleaning it up to default everything is working fine now!
