Hi.
There is a way to use the bindmount on a virtual machine like a container?

I need to have a shared storage using a local storage pool,
from the proxmox web interface I can't find any option for add a bindmount.

Thank you.

no bindmounts on VMs.

mounting the raw disk at the same time on more VM is secure ?

you cannot do this, your data will die.

I assume you need a network file system and access the files over the network (e.g. nfs, cifs/samba).

I was reading this solved post.

https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/mount-raw-disk-image-to-other-vm.57843/

My problem is this:
  1. Remote server in raid10, local storage (no ZFS) with 1 VM (only 40gb) and second raw disk of 4TB.
    1. The 4TB raw disk files are rarely changed (some changes every 2/3 months)
    2. I backup Dump VM folder with rsync to my office server in a backup-folder-pool to restore the VM in the case of a remote disaster.
    3. I don't want to backup all the day the big 4TB file size
  2. In the local office server i have a CT that rsync only the new files within the 4TB to a local folder
  3. In the case of a local VM restore I will need to mount the bindmount path of the CT rsync..
What will be the better solutions for this situation..?

I was thinking the idea of creating a VM like openmediavault for virtual lan storage and rsync the data from local and remote openmediavault instance, but i don't trust a virtual file storage within a raw disk...
