Backup time

hello,
We will restore our vm machine from backup.
we will restore the backup of proxmox backup and install vm from scratch.
once we restored it took about 20 hours.
If we verify verify, will I get a backup faster.

I'm not exactly sure what it is you're asking, but it looks to me that you want to know if verifying backups on Proxmox Backup Server will make restores or future backups faster. Is this correct?
If so, verification only verifies that data is intact. While it is advised to verify backups regularly, it should not be a big factor in regard to backup/restore speeds.
In general, factors such as network speed, disk speed, cpu performance and VM size will have a larger effect.
You can use proxmox-backup-client benchmark to get a quick understanding of where your bottlenecks may be.

it makes no sense to run the proxmox-backup-client benchmark on the server. You will have to run it on the client!
